Mission

Compliance teams have gone through a period of significant change since the years of the financial crisis, which has seen regulatory change at a pace never seen before and at a time when financial firms were recovering from the financial crisis and struggling through the challenges of a global pandemic.

The result in many cases is an under-resourced compliance team with staff who often lack foundational skills as they have missed out on on the job training due to a combination of working from home and senior staff that somply don't have the time to devote to developing the team.

Your team may need help to reinvent itself, with a programme tailored to your individual needs, which can include, compliance mock inspections, framework review, policy review, staff development & team development, tailored training & workshops on team culture and/or specific skills and topics.
