Finding it hard to see the Wood for the Trees?
It can be hard to see the wood for the trees when it comes to regulatory compliance. There is a lot of detail in the application of it, but without the big picture, you don't know if you have addressed all the risks, all the regulations and all aspects of your business appropriately.
I have developed an offering to help your firm out of this all too common sense of compliance overwhelm.
Compliance Health Checks
A compliance health check is a full review of your business against the regulations to which you are subject.
It will start with an introduction to your firm and staff that is structured and governed by the regulatory environment. Then a review of your policies, and the monitoring that has been performed.
Using a health check tool, this will produce a report per body of regulation on your percentage compliance and a list of actions. You may have my assistance in addressing any gaps.
The final review, which is normally a number of months thereafter, depending on the complexity of your firm, will provide you with a register of all obligations, a record of how they are addressed in your policies and compliance programme, which will assist with managing the programme going forward and providing transparency for any regulatory inspection.
