I specialise in compliance and ESG, the services that I can provide can be tailored to your needs. Below are examples of some of the contracts and projects that I have recently assisted clients with.
ESG Programme Design and Development
A review of the business, the assets and investments to identify opportunities to adopt ESG strategies. Drafting the ESG policy in collaboration with senior managers. Developing goals and metrics, measures and scorecards.
Compliance Advice and Support
An ongoing relationship of support and advice for a compliance team, often to support a new Head of Compliance, a Compliance resource with room to grow, to cover absence or for a small firm with no on-site compliance team.
Managing Change
I have worked on many projects to support business change, including applications for regulation for both start-ups and expanding businesses, the set-up of branches, managing compliance projects for merging/acquiring businesses and the set up of new strategies and products.
